I'm just curious because I had one last night.
One of my students was saying her low back hurt after doing body waves, and I told her she wasn't keeping her pelvis forward and putting stress on her low back.
As I was demonstrating, I realized that my body wave isn't as deep as it could be because I wasn't keeping my pelvis all the way forward, either. (I was actually releasing it back part way through the move, which was causing me to stop halfway down.)
Sometimes I get this disconnect between my brain and the particular body part I should be moving, or in this case, not moving. It's always nice when they reconnect. :-D (I guess I've been having a lot of those since the baby was born.)
