Well, or anyone can. :-)

I was just wondering if tribesters who are coming to Tribal:Pura could introduce themselves a bit...name, rank, serial number, what kind of dance you do (and who inspired it), etc. It'd be cool to know something about each other when we all get together in Sept.

  • Zuza - one of ten dancers in Totally Northern Tribal. We do ATS style, with a little of our own moves thrown in for good measure :) I will also be doing a duet with another TNT member - will be a Gypsy Tribal fusion improv :)

I am very excited for the workshop - it will be an honor to meet Carolina!
    • LeAnn here. I dance with Amber Waves, but am not an official member. I am excited to meet more tribal bellydancers. I am especially excited to see Carolina perform. It's going to be a great weekend!
      • Introduced myself on another post but, well, can't hurt to do it again. :) Really looking forward to meeting everyone, attending the workshops (been working on my posture already) and seeing the performances! I'm originally from North Dakota but have lived in Colorado Springs for 8 years. Have only been belly dancing for the last year and absolutely love it.

Have a great teacher here in the Springs (www.zafiabellydance.com). I dance in a troupe with, among others, Kristina (Cherish's cousin Norm's wife) who I knew when I was going to UND. How's that for a small world?

That's about it for me. See everyone in 6 weeks! :)
        • Hello everyone! It looks like I'll be bringing a van load (6!) for the weekend. I'm also part of GaiaPente Tribal and we'll be performing on Saturday night. I can't wait to be surrounded by tribal again! Really looking forward to this event! Who else plans on staying at the Radisson?
