I have tickets for Bison Brevs. It's this Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the Festival Concert Hall. Tickets are $5 each and proceeds benefit the charity "Riding on Angels Wings", a therapeutic horse-riding program for disabled children.
Sarah and I will be performing Storms in Africa (the veil routine we performed at the MECDANP show)...but there's almost another two hours of talent to see, too! :-)
Let me know if you need tickets. I have some, or you can purchase them at the door.

Re: Bison Brevs
Fri, April 15, 2005 - 12:13 PMBah...
I hate the day of performances. My brain is fried, I keep worrying that I'm going to mess up, and I suddenly feel like the routine isn't good enough, etc.
WHY?
Do you guys get this, too? I guess it bothers me because I don't get this reaction to anything else...not even tests... :-)
Either, wish me luck that I don't yank my skirt up over my head. :-D

Fri, April 15, 2005 - 12:16 PMOh yeah, and I forgot to mention that there's some awards they're giving tonight. Sarah and I went to rehearsals and found this out. We had no idea! So apparently the audience and judges vote on their favorite acts.
Ummm...I think this has a bit to do with the feelings of insecurity. I just wish they didn't make me queasy.
Okay...now that I've griped I feel a *bit* better...

Sun, April 17, 2005 - 1:40 PMI wasn't the happiest with our performance on Friday, but I'm very relieved that we didn't print anything on our rumps and pull our skirts up for the audience to see it. Any skirts over the head were purely accidental on our part. :-)
