Okay, I'll just call some hotels and see if I can get some rates at 3. I'll start with the Radisson (since it's close), Doublewood, and Super8 (both of which are by the mall), if that sounds good. I'll post the results tomorrow or Tuesday (and put them on the web page).

Radisson is charging a lot and then its listed as a 3 star hotel. 90 smacks! Sigh. What is Doublewood? Didn't see that one online.
I was looking on expedia.com, so the $90. is with their discount.

I called a few hotels. Most of them came in at the $70ish level. I reserved a couple blocks at the Doublewood (Best Western) and the Radisson. I think the cheapest I found was Motel 6, but since I couldn't guarantee at least 10 rooms, they said they couldn't do it. I think their normal rate is about $45/night during the summer though.

So here's the info (which I will add to the web site after finals):

    Radisson 701-232-7363
    $76+tax/night for the 2nd,3rd and 4th
choice of 2 double beds or a single king
    reservation name is Amber Waves
reservations must be made before August 2nd

    Doublewood Inn 701-235-3333
    $69+tax/night for the 2nd,3rd and 4th
choice of 2 doubles or a single king
    reservation name is Amber Waves
reservations must be made before August 12th

If you're interested in Motel 6, their number is 701-232-9251.

I hope that helps everyone out.
